Job Summary
Analyze client operational processes to identify improvement areas and develop strategies that optimize efficiency and drive business performance. Collaborate with clients to implement technology solutions, process automation, and innovative operational excellence frameworks while applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Gather and interpret data to inform decisions, support project management execution, and contribute to business process improvement initiatives. This Associate role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila focuses on delivering consulting services within the Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, requiring proficiency in healthcare billing software, coding denials, and insurance reimbursement. Epic HB & PB experience is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 to 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Proven experience in coding denials/quality assurance/training
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance reimbursement
- Experience with healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office applications
- Epic HB & PB experience is mandatory
