Job Summary
Analyze client operational processes to identify improvement areas and develop strategies for enhancing productivity and quality. Collaborate with clients to implement technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks while applying lean process improvement techniques. Participate in design and execution of process mapping initiatives, gather data to support operational strategy, and contribute to innovative solutions for operational challenges. This role sits within PwC's Acceleration Center Manila, where you will engage in optimizing efficiency across the Business & Supply Chain Operations network. You will work closely with diverse clients to drive business performance and gain hands-on experience with emerging technologies and insurance reimbursement processes.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 to 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Proven experience in coding denials/quality assurance/training
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance reimbursement
- Experience with healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Automation Solutions and Process Optimization
- Utilizing Lean Process Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excelling in Operational Analysis and Operations Strategy
- Applying Business Process Improvement techniques effectively
- Engaging in Technology Implementation for enhanced efficiency
- Developing skills in Project Management and Service Operations
- Embracing Intellectual Curiosity and Emerging Technologies
- Demonstrating knowledge of insurance and payer relations
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Epic HB & PB experience is mandatory
