Job Summary
Analyze client operational processes to identify improvement areas and enhance productivity. Develop strategies to optimize efficiency and implement technology solutions for process automation. Collaborate with clients to streamline processes using Lean Process Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies. Conduct process mapping and data collection to support operational analysis while contributing to innovative solutions for healthcare billing challenges. Assist in implementing emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage within the Business & Supply Chain Operations practice.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 to 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Proven experience in coding denials/quality assurance/training
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance reimbursement
- Experience with healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office applications
- Utilizing automation solutions for operational excellence
- Implementing process optimization and lean process improvement
- Excelling in operational analysis and operations strategy
- Demonstrating skills in business process improvement
- Applying emerging technologies for competitive advantage
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback
- Developing teamwork and communication skills
- Demonstrating knowledge of insurance and payer relations
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Epic HB & PB experience is mandatory
