Job Summary

This Associate role within PwC's Business & Supply Chain Operations practice focuses on building a personal brand through quality delivery and technical growth in healthcare billing and coding denials training.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 to 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Proven experience in coding denials/quality assurance/training
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance reimbursement
- Experience with healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office applications
- Utilizing automation solutions for operational excellence
- Implementing lean process improvement strategies
- Developing competitive advantage through emerging technologies
- Managing operations strategy for cost efficiency
- Excelling in communication and teamwork skills
- Applying Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization
- Demonstrating knowledge of insurance and payer relations
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Epic HB & PB experience is mandatory
