RCMS - Girls Head Track Coach

Promote sports in the schools and community while planning and supervising practices for the assigned athletic program. Teach individual fundamental skills, team play, strategy, and game rules, alongside fostering good sportsmanship and self-control. Check participant eligibility, including insurance coverage and parent consent, and conduct learning experiences with small groups of student athletes. Recommend equipment, supplies, and uniforms appropriate for student health, safety, and welfare. Provide students with a proper role model, emotional support, patience, and friendly guidance. Maintain current First Aid and CPR certification, successfully complete the ABLE test, and pass a federal background check, Central Registry CAN check, and physical with TB skin test before working with students.
