Job Summary
Residential Care Manager provides shelter coverage, crisis intervention, and coordinates hotline calls; performs screening and intake for shelter participants, documents interactions, and supports participants. The role requires ability to de-escalate crisis situations, work independently or as part of a team, and demonstrate professional interpersonal and communication skills. Shift is Full-Time swing from Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM– Midnight in the South Bay area; applicants should include a resume and a cover letter. Certifications required include Red Cross CPR and First Aid; a valid California driver’s license and car insurance are also required.
