Job Summary
The RCM Project Manager role requires a proactive individual with strong RCM experience and project management skills, who can effectively take ownership of projects, analyze reporting data, and prepare executive reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management or related field
- 3-5 years of supervisory or team lead experience in RCM
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end process
- Experience in project management or implementation
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Word, Office, PowerPoint)
- Experience with reporting systems (building out dashboards)
- Strong healthcare understanding (patient journey)
- Experience with medical billing healthcare management software
