Job Summary
Track discrepancies in document storage systems from charge batches and send requests back to clients. Pull and re-scan documents for clarity, then enter applicable information accurately into indexing fields. Identify and report discrepancies for resolution while supporting the transfer of information from FTP sites into the document storage system. Retrieve information from client lockboxes for processing and ensure prompt follow-up on information requests. Verify electronic funds transfers and resolve payment batch integrity issues to maintain accurate client payment data.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge on use of email, search engine, Internet, ability to effectively use payer websites and Laserfiche
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Products: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Understands efficient and accurate payment processing methods, including batching, tracking, scanning, and indexing
- Knowledge of how to handle and verify client payment data accurately
- Familiarity with EFT processes and the ability to proactively verify EFT transactions
- Awareness of payment documentation requirements and the ability to update relevant records
- Ability to meticulously process payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Skill in resolving payment batch integrity issues promptly
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients
- Efficiently managing tasks related to payment processing
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks related to payment processing
- Capacity to analyze payment data and identify discrepancies
- Ability to work effectively within the RCS Operations and Client Services departments
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail
- Team-oriented, collaborative
- Must be available for shift timings (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM) IST
- Work Location - Pune (Work from Office)
