Job Summary
RCM Operations Lead responsible for end-to-end billing operations across the full claims lifecycle (insurance verification, prior auth, claim submission, follow-up, denial/rejection resolution, and reporting) and for leading an offshore support team of 4+; handle high volumes of billing questions/escalations from vendors and internal teams; support ad-hoc RCM projects (state launches, new payer setup, provider enrollment, credentialing gaps); requires 5+ years of RCM experience, strong familiarity with the claims lifecycle, Availity/provider portals, and a proactive ownership mindset; thrives in fast-moving startup/high-growth environments with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on RCM experience
- familiarity across the claims lifecycle (denials, rejections, adjustments, resubmissions)
- experience with Availity and standard provider portals
- ownership-oriented and proactive work style
- clear communication and ability to surface actionable information
- comfort working in a fast-moving startup/high-growth environment
- ability to manage multiple workstreams and hold vendors/internal teams to high standards
