Job Summary
Accurately process and code client services while reviewing and resolving coding denials to ensure accurate claim resolution. Analyze denial patterns to pinpoint workflow improvements and root-cause issues, then serve as a subject-matter resource for internal team queries regarding coding clarifications. This role balances production coding excellence with analytical problem-solving to drive operational speed and customer delight. Located in Hyderabad, this full-time individual contributor position reports to the COE Coding Team Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Science with a strong background in Anatomy
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on, multi-specialty coding experience
- Active certification in at least one of the following: Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Outpatient Coder (COC), Certified Coding Specialist - Physician (CCS-P), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
- Strong attention to detail with the curiosity to dig into denial trends and solve underlying root causes
- Clear, empathetic, and collaborative written and verbal communication across teams and geography
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Pharma
