Job Summary
Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance across three business units; oversee accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, pricing/costing), drive cost optimization, strengthen internal controls and coordinate audits; partner with operations for service pricing, expansion, and strategic projects; mentor and develop finance and accounting teams; requires 5–8 years in finance with 2–3 years in a supervisory role and a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations
- Experience in general ledger management, financial reporting, and tax compliance
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting and statutory deadlines
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Programs
