Job Summary
Oversee the overall operation of the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations while ensuring policies and procedures provide the highest degree of quality care to residents. Create an environment that engages and motivates staff to deliver the highest level of care. This role requires a current unencumbered Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator's license, a Bachelor's degree, and 2-4 years of experience in a long-term care environment. Salary range is $100k-$130k per year.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years' previous experience in long term care environment as Administrator or Assistant Administrator
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college
- Current unencumbered Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator's license
- Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in union environment
- Documented successful track record indicating a working knowledge of State and Federal regulations relating to nursing homes based on past Department of Health Services survey results
- Specialization in healthcare administration or business administration
