Job Summary
Assist in implementing an effective risk management framework by monitoring systems, databases, information, processes, or procedures. Identify and escalate matters requiring attention to the appropriate area while performing work on projects and initiatives. Coordinate the collection and compilation of data to compile and provide reports, assisting in report development and data analysis. Provide guidance, support, and recommendations to Lines of Business to assist in implementing Risk/Audit/Compliance initiatives. This role involves working in the office three or more days during the week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than one year of applicable experience
- Will be in office 3+ days during the week
- Owensboro, KY, Irvine, CA or Minneapolis, MN
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of associated operations, products/services, systems, and risks/controls applicable to assigned area
- Basic understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong PC skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheet, databases, and presentations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
