Job Summary
Provide personal care and therapeutic programming to residents as per the approved service plan, including assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, dining), monitoring health status and reporting changes to the RN, assisting with medications per State Regulation, engaging residents in meaningful interactions and cognitive/social activities, documenting services in the tracking system, and participating in ongoing in-service training and state-m mandated education.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed the course for certified nursing assistant or have equivalent training or experience as required by State Regulation, and CPR and First Aide training as mandated by the State employed.
- Current license/certification as required by State Regulation
