Job Summary
HR Coordinator role handling office administration and HR support across multiple properties. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining filing systems, typing office correspondence, distributing mail, ordering and tracking HR supplies, answering phones, creating employee personnel files, assisting walk-in candidates with applications, maintaining accessible application spaces, communicating policies and programs, reporting employee-relations issues to HR management, maintaining confidentiality of records, ensuring accurate employee file maintenance (interviews, I-9), following company policies, welcoming guests, professional communication, drafting and reviewing documents, building positive working relationships, adhering to quality standards, data entry in computers/POS, and performing general duties including basic physical tasks and supporting supervisors.
