Job Summary
Manage and coordinate all Rooms area departments, including Front Office, Engineering, and Housekeeping, while planning, developing, and evaluating guest room quality. Champion the brand's service vision, monitor room rates and arrivals, and execute decisions to achieve property goals. Analyze service trends, audit expenses, and review financial reports to drive profitability and revenue performance against budget. Ensure standards are followed, handle guest complaints, and conduct interviews, performance appraisals, and staff meetings to foster employee commitment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
