Assist members and guests through pre-arrival and check-in processes, manage front office duties including check-out and billing, handle requests for activities, transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and special arrangements, communicate with appropriate departments to fulfill guest needs, log preferences, prepare arrival packets and departure folios, perform safety and audit tasks, provide information about the property and local amenities, welcome and acknowledge members per standards, and maintain professional communication and teamwork while supporting overall guest satisfaction.
