Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community-based locations, implementing skill-building and care plans under supervision; accurately record session data using electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment and engage with families. Must hold RBT certification prior to start and a high school diploma or equivalent. Positions start off part-time with a six-month commitment; opportunities include paid training, fellowship and internship options to accumulate hours, and referral bonuses. No minimum case requirement and opportunities to advance professionally within the ABA field.
