Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as part of a clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, and recording session data using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families. This role starts part-time with no minimum case requirements and offers paid training, opportunities to advance professionally, and referral bonuses. Must be willing to commit to a 6-month term. Ideal background includes experience in education, childcare, or related support roles; RBT certification required prior to working; high school diploma or equivalent; compassionate, patient demeanor and ability to engage with neurodiverse individuals.
