Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior for clients with Autism. Be a key part of the clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans while accurately recording session data on electronic devices. Create a positive learning environment by building genuine connections with families and children. Services occur in clients' homes or community-based locations, with all positions starting part-time. Commit to a six-month term for stability and growth. Paid training is provided for those without prior experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification (required before starting)
- Services take place in clients' homes or community-based locations
- All positions start part-time
- Commit to 6 months of changing our clients' lives
Desired Qualifications
- Enthusiasm and dedication
- Experience as a skilled ABA professional
- Education or early childhood development experience
- Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship experience
- Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles experience
- After-school programs or camp counseling experience
- Behavioral health, mental health, or social services experience
- ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism experience
- Healthcare support experience (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Willingness to learn
