Job Summary

Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior for clients with Autism. Be a key part of the clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans while accurately recording session data on electronic devices. Create a positive learning environment by building genuine connections with families and children. Services occur in clients' homes or community-based locations, with all positions starting part-time. Commit to a six-month term for stability and growth. Paid training is provided for those without prior experience.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • RBT certification (required before starting)
  • Services take place in clients' homes or community-based locations
  • All positions start part-time
  • Commit to 6 months of changing our clients' lives

Desired Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm and dedication
  • Experience as a skilled ABA professional
  • Education or early childhood development experience
  • Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship experience
  • Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles experience
  • After-school programs or camp counseling experience
  • Behavioral health, mental health, or social services experience
  • ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism experience
  • Healthcare support experience (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
  • Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
  • Willingness to learn
  • Passion for making a difference for children with Autism
