Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data, and fostering a positive learning environment while collaborating with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness. No prior ABA experience required; comprehensive training provided. Positions start part-time with flexible afternoon/evening shifts; 6-month commitment sought. Ideal for candidates in Education or related fields seeking entry point into psychology; great for students and paraprofessionals; 40-hour RBT course required.
Required Qualifications
