Job Summary
Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA to teach skills that allow clients to meet their functional goals and needs. Complete progress notes in the data collection system and ensure smooth implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with families. Maintain consistent, reliable transportation and a driver's license. This part-time role offers 15-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling options across Georgia, including opportunities for BCBA tuition reimbursement and supervision sign-off for degree candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have consistent, reliable transportation
- Must have a driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children
- Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities
