RBT Registered Behavior Technician

Conduct play-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with autism, utilizing a NET model that includes field trips and parent viewing room sessions. Rotate clients every 90 minutes within the center Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and serve clients in their homes 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM up to two days per week. Receive direct in-person support from BCBAs and access to robust LMS training content. Enjoy consistent pay unaffected by cancellations, opportunities for overtime, and company-paid BLS/CPR and QBS Safety certifications. Advance through performance reviews into Level 1–3 or Trainer roles, with pathways to become an Office Manager or pursue BCBA certification through university partnerships.
