RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)

Provide ABA therapy sessions as a Registered Behavior Technician for Majestic Care ABA. Implement ABA teaching techniques during sessions (differential reinforcement, shaping, chaining, task analysis, prompting, fading) and chart/collect ABA data on child progress. Follow programming objectives and treatment plans (including BIP when applicable). Maintain daily session notes with parent signatures for in-home sessions, and communicate progress with family/caregivers and the supervising BCBA. Attend weekly supervision and provide feedback on progress; use the Rethink system for data entry and maintain organized toys/materials. Must be reliable, respectful, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires completion of 40-hour RBT training, willingness to pursue or maintain RBT certification, and a valid driver’s license. Educational background shows alignment with preferred Bachelor’s-level studies in psychology or related fields, though not required. The role may include accepting assignment of location or client as required, and involves working with children in an ABA-therapy context.
