Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts; implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs; collect data on targeted behaviors; collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation; assist in the development of individualized care plans; maintain accurate and up-to-date client records; RBT certification required; experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities and knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques; opportunity for growth and competitive benefits.
