Job Summary
Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to children aged 2-21 with autism in center and in-home settings, under BCBA supervision. Maintain targeted weekly therapy caseloads, collect and maintain accurate client performance data, and ensure billing for appointments via an online data-collection platform. Implement treatment plans across center, home, and community environments; travel to client homes required. May assist with toilet training/diaper changes. Training and certifications (RBT, Safety Care, CPR) are provided. Centered on high-quality ABA services within a multidisciplinary team, with growth opportunities and a supportive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
- 18 years of age by date of hire
- RBT eligibility requirements and RBT certification examination preferred
- Reliable transportation for travel to client homes and clinics
- Proficiency with iPad and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
