RBT Registered Behavior Technician

Provide in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder using behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease those impeding learning, safety, or social opportunities. Collect and submit data on an electronic data system while maintaining clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration. Follow patients' treatment plans under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). This role requires an RBT certification and one year of experience in special education or applied behavior analysis. BIFA delivers home and school-based services for clients throughout Florida.
