Job Summary
Conduct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, delivering services in-home, in the community, and at the Wall Center. Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by the Behavioral Services Manager to acquire skills and reduce behaviors, while establishing supportive relationships with clients and families. Document interventions, collect behavior data, and review progress reports with supervisors to strategize program improvements. Provide habilitation, training, and assistance to help clients meet identified goals, including transportation for activities and support in interpersonal skills and community living. Monitor client health status and report changes to the office.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RBT certification
- CPR/FA certification
Desired Qualifications
- One year experience working with children with developmental/ intellectual disabilities preferred
