Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic while implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Collect and document data on client progress and collaborate with families and team members to ensure success. Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions. This part-time role offers 15-25 hours per week with flexible shifts based on availability in Cochran, GA. Competitive pay ranges from $25-$30/hour, with benefits including bonus opportunities, 401K matching, and generous PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally
