Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data using electronic devices, and fostering a positive learning environment for clients while connecting with families. Requires RBT certification before working; positions start part-time with a minimum 6-month commitment. Flexible scheduling, paid training, opportunities for professional advancement, and pathways through BCBA schooling programs. No minimum case requirement and potential for fellowship/internship hours. Experience in education, childcare, or related roles is helpful. Required Qualifications
