Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings, implementing skill-building and care plans, and accurately recording session data. Collaborate with a clinical team to support clients’ goals, work in West Des Moines area, and contribute to a flexible part-time schedule with a 6-month commitment. RBT certification is required before working; high school diploma or equivalent is required. Training is provided; opportunities exist for internship and career advancement within the ABA field; no minimum case requirements and referral bonuses available.
