Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to a child in the Milton, GA area. Part-time in-home ABA position with a schedule approximately 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Implement individualized skill-acquisition and behavior support programs, collect accurate data, complete daily session notes and documentation, maintain client dignity and confidentiality, follow policy and supervision requirements, and communicate progress to supervising clinician. Services may be provided in the client’s home, clinic, school, or other approved settings. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and active RBT certification in good standing, reliable transportation, ability to travel to assigned work locations near Milton, GA, and proficiency with electronic data collection. Supervisory oversight and ongoing training are part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing
- Ability to pass required background checks and meet onboarding requirements
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned work locations in or near Milton, Georgia
- Ability to provide in-home ABA services in a professional and confidential manner
- Basic computer skills for electronic data collection and documentation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding client, family, and company information
- Availability to work a part-time afternoon schedule, generally 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
