Job Summary
Support children with autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Hawaii, providing 1:1 services in home and community settings. Implement Skill Acquisition and Behavior Reduction procedures per the treatment plan under supervision, document interventions and progress, collect and review behavior data, and support clients in developing interpersonal skills and independence. Training will be provided/supported by BAYADA, with opportunities for supervision and credential maintenance. Roles involve working Monday–Friday during morning to early afternoon hours, travel within client homes and community settings as needed, and contributing to ongoing program improvements through data review.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or pursuing RBT credential
- One year experience working with children with developmental/ intellectual disabilities preferred
