Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA-based support to children and young adults with autism in home and community settings. Implement established treatment and behavior support plans, apply behavior therapy techniques, document interventions and progress, collect and review behavior data with supervisory staff, and assist clients in acquiring and maintaining skills. Build effective, supportive relationships with clients and families, and offer habilitation, training, and transportation-related assistance as needed. Participate in ongoing supervision and comply with BAYADA’s standards for health, safety, and non-discrimination.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or pursuing RBT credential
- one year experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred
