Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clients' homes (Arizona, New Jersey, North Carolina) through play-based ABA techniques under BCBA supervision. Deliver and track progress on individualized treatment plans, support daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence. Work with the same children consistently, collaborating with BCBA and families, with flexible afternoon/evening hours and paid RBT training/certification.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism)
- Afternoon/evening availability
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Part-time availability in afternoons/evenings
- Ability to work in clients' homes and travel between homes
- Willingness to receive paid RBT training and certification
