Job Summary
RBT role providing 1:1 ABA-based therapy with clients in home-based and clinic-based settings. Implement treatment plans created by the BCBA Supervisor, develop and prepare program materials, collect and manage data, and participate in ongoing training and assessments. Support parent training and clinical evaluations, maintain HIPAA-compliant practices, communicate with supervisors and families, and ensure reliable attendance and timely sessions. Completion of the required RBT training and adherence to BACB Ethical Code are expected, with opportunities for remote supervision and telehealth components in a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Registered Behavior Technician; Or willing to obtain within 3 weeks of start date - Required
- Technical Proficiencies: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), Adobe PDF, Google Suite, data collection and analytical reporting - Required
- 3-4 years of experience conducting 1:1 work with clients In-school/in-home experience addressing and navigating challenging behaviors - Required
- 3-4 years of experience working with children/adults (between ages 3-18) - Required
- 3-4 years of experience in Case management and behavioral plans - Required
- 3-4 years of knowledge of direct, professional ABA experience - Required
- Obtain knowledge of addressing challenging behaviors or stereotypes of children/adults with Autism - Required
