Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with clients in home-based and clinic-based settings. Follow and implement treatment plans created by the BCBA Supervisor; develop and prepare program materials; collect and manage data; participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings; assist with parent training and clinical assessments; communicate with families and colleagues; track supervision hours and maintain RBT certification; adhere to HIPAA and Kids First policies; maintain reliable attendance and transportation for sessions; complete assigned RBT training; flexible hybrid telehealth-enabled service delivery in home and clinic settings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalenta
- Registered Behavior Technician; Or willing to obtain within 3 weeks of start date
- Technical Proficiencies: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), Adobe PDF, Google Suite, data collection and analytical reporting - Required
- 3-4 years of experience conducting 1:1 work with clients In-school/in-home experience addressing and navigating challenging behaviors - Required
- 3-4 years of experience working with children/adults (between ages 3-18) - Required
- 3-4 years of experience in Case management and behavioral plans - Required
- 3-4 years of knowledge of direct, professional ABA experience - Required
- Obtains knowledge of addressing challenging behaviors or stereotypes of children/adults with Autism - Required
