Job Summary
RBT in Passaic: Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings, collect data on treatment goals during sessions, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families with progress updates. Part-time, mostly afternoons/evenings, with flexible scheduling. Spanish bilingual candidates are encouraged. Training and supervision from experienced BCBAs are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
