Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. As an integral member of the clinical team, you will directly implement skill-building and care plans, record session data using electronic devices, and foster a positive learning environment for clients while engaging families. This role offers part-time opportunities with paid training, opportunities for professional advancement, and access to internship/fellowship programs to accumulate hours toward licensure. Great fit for individuals with experience in education, childcare, or related fields and a passion for helping children with autism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- RBT certification is required before working
