Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in Iowa, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team, and accurately record session data using electronic devices. Work in clients’ homes or community-based locations on a part-time schedule, with opportunities to advance professionally. Ideal candidates are compassionate, patient, and motivated to make a difference for children with Autism; willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive ABA program. No minimum case requirements; paid training available; opportunities for referral bonuses and growth within the ABA field.
Required Qualifications
