Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing skill-building care plans and recording session data accurately on electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment while connecting directly with families to ensure client progress. Provide these services in clients' homes or community-based locations, with all positions starting part-time. Candidates must hold RBT certification and commit to a six-month term to change clients' lives. Paid training is provided for those without prior experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification
- Willingness to learn
- Passion for making a difference for children with Autism
- Patience
- Compassion
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
