Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients’ homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based skill-building and care plans. Record session data using electronic devices, collaborate as part of a clinical team, and engage families to support clients’ goals. Flexible part-time opportunities with paid training, opportunities for advancement, and optional fellowship/internship paths to accumulate hours; no minimum case requirements and potential for referral bonuses. Ideal for candidates with experience in ABA, autism support, education, childcare, or related fields who are passionate about making a difference and committed to a 6-month engagement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification is required before working
