Job Summary
Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis services as an RBT by implementing treatment programs and behavior-reduction procedures developed by the supervising clinician. Responsibilities include implementing skill-acquisition programs, collecting and documenting data, maintaining client dignity and confidentiality, participating in supervision, communicating progress and concerns to the supervising clinician, and delivering services in home, clinic, school, or community settings as assigned. Must maintain professionalism, follow policies, and adhere to ethical standards while supporting client safety and progress.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing
- Ability to pass required background checks and meet onboarding requirements
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned work locations in or near Milton, Georgia
- Ability to provide in-home ABA services in a professional and confidential manner
- Basic computer skills for electronic data collection and documentation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding client, family, and company information
- Availability to work a part-time afternoon schedule, generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
