Job Summary
Provide in-home ABA services as a Registered Behavior Technician under supervising clinician. Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-intervention programs, collect accurate data (frequency, duration, latency, trials, prompting levels), complete daily session notes and documentation, maintain client dignity and confidentiality, follow policies and supervision requirements, and communicate progress and safety concerns. Services may be delivered in the client’s home, clinic, school, or other approved settings; must be able to travel to assigned work locations in or near Milton/Cumming, GA, with a schedule that typically runs 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and participate in ongoing supervision and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing
- Ability to pass required background checks and meet onboarding requirements
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned work locations in or near Milton, Georgia
- Ability to provide in-home ABA services in a professional and confidential manner
- Basic computer skills for electronic data collection and documentation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding client, family, and company information
- Availability to work a part-time afternoon schedule, generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
