Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and document data on client progress while maintaining a safe and positive environment during sessions. Support clients in developing essential life skills through structured activities and positive reinforcement. Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success. The role requires a current RBT credential, valid CPR/First Aid certification, and background check clearance. Schedule is 8:00-3:00 PM Monday-Friday at a daycare setting with a starting pay of $20/hr. Full-time employment includes medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential at the time of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and obtain a valid Texas Fingerprinting Report prior to attending orientation
- Valid Adult/Child CPR and First Aid certification required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of work experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is stongly preferred
- 1+ years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with other developmental disabilities preferred
- some college coursework preferred
