Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans, record session data accurately, foster a positive learning environment, and engage with families. Opportunities include paid training, part-time schedules, internship opportunities, and pathways to BCBA schooling partnerships; flexible scheduling and referral bonuses are available.
Required Qualifications
- RBT certification is required before working
- High school diploma or equivalent
