Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or in community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building and care plans as an integral member of the clinical team, and record session data accurately using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families. Part-time positions with a 6-month commitment; opportunities include fellowship and internship options to accumulate hours. Great fit for candidates with experience in education, childcare, or related roles and who are pursuing or supporting ABA therapy for autism. RBT certification is required before working; training is provided for those without experience. Beneficial to have experience in education, early childhood development, healthcare support roles, or behavioral health; access to referral bonuses and career advancement opportunities are offered.
