Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, and recording session data with electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families. All positions start part-time with paid training and opportunities for advancement; must be willing to commit to 6 months. Ideal candidates have a passion for making a difference for children with Autism, patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations. RBT certification is required prior to working. Great fit if you have experience in education, childcare, youth mentorship, or roles supporting neurodiverse individuals. Training provided to those without experience.
