Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. As a key member of the clinical team, implement skill-building and care plans, record session data, and foster a positive learning environment for clients and families. Services provided in clients' homes or community-based locations. All positions start part-time with a 6-month commitment. Training is available; no minimum case requirements. Ideal for those with experience in education, childcare, or related fields; opportunities for advancement and referral bonuses. RBT certification required before working; HS diploma or equivalent required. Great fit for compassionate, patient individuals committed to making a difference for children with Autism.
