Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans, record session data using electronic devices, and foster a positive learning environment for clients and families. Part-time positions with paid training, opportunities for fellowships and internships to accumulate both restricted and unrestricted hours, and no minimum case requirement. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and RBT certification prior to working; willingness to learn, patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations. Services provided in clients' homes or community settings; 6-month commitment requested. Great fit for experience in education, childcare, youth mentoring, or behavioral health; prior ABA therapy experience or working with individuals with Autism is relevant; paid training available.
